But after all, what is an LDJ?
LDJ or Lightning Decison Jam is a workshop developed by AJ&Smart, whose main objective is to help you and your team to find a solution to a complex problem in a simple, fast and organized way.
We will do this through the facilitation of one of our consultants who will help you and your team to work collaboratively, exploring multiple points of view, prioritizing actions that really matter and going through an ideation process that will bring results.
After completing the form, one of our facilitators will enter contact us to arrange a date and have an initial understanding of your business and your problem that will be taken to the LDJ. After scheduling, we will send a invite for a video call via Google Meet and we will use a tool called Mural to be able to have a space for the entire team to collaborate synchronously.
It is essential that all participants have a computer where they can use the mouse and keyboard to do the workshop tasks and that they also have a microphone to communicate with everyone in the room.
