About specialization
By completing Pilotis with us, you will be an expert in Design Thinking and will be ready to facilitate any innovation process using the design approach.
Our mission is that you have all the pillars based on design.

You will put all the knowledge acquired in the classes into practice, within two real innovation projects;
An arsenal of tools to use at all stages of a Design Thinking process;
It will be a facilitator certified by the Assay - Innovation Laboratory, ready to facilitate any process involving this approach;
About the methodology
We understand that an innovation process facilitator must compile some skills: research (qualitative and quantitative), creative process leadership, iteration technique and continuous improvement, scientific mind-set, psychology, and the main thing: being a solution builder.
Using the Learn by Doing ® method, we will prepare you to be an expert in Design Thinking.

Team
Pedro Piovan
Bachelor in International Relations with Emphasis in International Business at ESPM-SP, was founder of the ESPM Creative Economy Observatory and directed innovation projects with Mario de Andrade Library, BNDES, WiseTech Global, Roche, Thermo Fisher Scientific among other multinationals.
Today, at the head of Ensaio, he works as a Business Designer helping businesses, companies, organizations and people to achieve their desired transformations through the Design approach.
Jessica Piovan
Psychologist graduated from Puc-Campinas with specialization in Executive Leadership Coaching from ICI - International Coaching Institute with emphasis on People Management. Structured and implemented processes and the HR area at multinational Bysoft - Wise Tech Global Group, Giant Cargo and acted as a leadership coach for more than 30 leaders at Ambev.
He acts as a Strategic HR Specialist within Ensaio, making the Human Resources area of the companies empower themselves and feel at the board's table as decision makers in the business.
